Rogers launches new app Seekr

Today Rogers has launched a new app called Seekr. It’s a new app that allows you to listen to all Rogers stations, and your favorite podcasts. As well as highlights from some of your favorite shows.

I have had the privilege of testing this app for the last couple of weeks, and for the most part the app is pretty good. It works well and the clips you hear of different shows are the clips throughout the actual shows.

Currently there are clips from shows like Jays Talk, Blair and Barker, Christy and Fraser, Philly, Joe and Kirby, among others.

When you download the app you can select the types of stations you like, and then it gives a custom list of the stations Rogers has that fits that.

In my opinion an app like this is better than a third party app like Radioplayer or Tunein.

I am not getting paid for this, and I am just writing this as someone interested in radio.
