CINA radio group is hiring for 3 stations they are purchasing from Bell

Pending CRTC approval, CINA radio group is purchasing CKOC and CHAM in Hamilton and CKWW in Windsor. This was announced last year and is not part of the 45 that were announced recently.

The company is starting the process of hiring for the 3 stations they are taking over. Currently CKWW is the only station that plays music. Broadcasting an oldies based format. CINA is looking for on air announcers in both markets, meaning there will for sure be format changes coming to the 2 Hamilton stations. Currently CHAM 820 is the Funny format broadcasting a 24/7 comedy format. The previous format was an AM country format. CKOC 1150 was a classic hits format before flipping to TSN Radio 1150 in 2015, then in February 2021 the format changed to the current business based station Bloomberg Radio.
