Monday May 5th Durham Radio takes over 3 former Bell Stations

According to a post on Facebook starting May 5, Bounce Radio Lindsay will be taken over by Durham Radio Group. They have also purchased Move Radio and Pure Country radio in Peterborough. Rumor I have heard is Move Radio will become Rock 99.7 Pure Country will become KX Country and Bounce Radio will revert to the old BOB branding. However these are just early rumors. We will find out at 6 am at each of the stations.
I will update the post as soon as I can with any additional information
Update: Bounce Radio is now Y91.9 playing the “Greatest Hits Of All Time” This station is similar to the legendary CKDO Durham station. Similar playlist and same “Greatest Hits Of All Time”. You can see the new website and stream at https://www.y919.fm
Pure Country and expected became KX105. Website is here
Move Radio Peterborough is the biggest surprise and unknown so far. The new website is here and it takes you to a generic site. The website is Lets Shake It Up, and it looks like they are testing or teasing the new format. The interesting thing is they are asking for song requests to see what the listeners want to hear. So maybe it will lead to whatever format change they make.
And it appears that 99.7 FM in Peterborough is still in stunt mode. I don’t even know when the new format will be or how long will the stunt last?
I don’t know when the stunt will end either
I am assuming it will last a week or two
Ok thanks for the info
