It’s official. Josie Dye is officially afternoons at CHUM FM

Josie Dye is set to take over the afternoon show on CHUM starting January 15, after leaving Indie 88 following a seven-year run. She will continue hosting the Cynthia and Josie's unmentionables podcast with Cynthia Loyst of The Social. This move follows former host Meredith Shaw's departure to join Breakfast Television.

On Friday morning during the Marilyn Denis and Jamar show that Josie Dye would be taking over the afternoon show starting January 15.

One of the worse kept secrets in radio. Former afternoon show host Meredith Shaw left to join the Breakfast Television crew. Shortly after that Toronto Mike posted on his website that Josie would be leaving Indie 88 and joining CHUM in the new year. Josie left Indie 88 in December after a seven year run and before that she spent 14 years at 102.1 The Edge.

Additionally Josie will continue to host the Cynthia and Josie’s unmentionables podcast with Cynthia Loyst of The Social. This podcast is currently in its second season.
