Dolly Parton performs “Jolene” with Pink, Annie Lennox, Pat Benatar, Brandi Carlile, Sheryl Crow, Rob Halford, Simon Le Bon and Dave Stewart at The 37th Rock & Roll of Fame Induction Ceremony (November 5th, 2022 at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles). This version of the song is special as Dolly Parton was originally not wanting to be included in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as she is not a Rock singer. She decided to accept the honour and she is about to release a full 30 track rock album called Rockstar on November 17, 2023. This album features a lot of collaborations with some big names in rock and music in general, Sting, Steve Perry, Ann Wilson, Miley Cyrus, Rob Halford and Linda Perry to name a few. I am not a country fan but I have a ton of respect for Dolly Parton and she is very deserving of being inducted into the Rock and Roll hall of fame. Enjoy todays song
