Today’s song is one of my favourite Journey cover songs. This is Daughtry featuring Lzzy Hale of the band Halestorm covering Separate Ways. This song was released this year and should be on the bands forthcoming album.
The original song was originally released as a single on January 5, 1983 and was on the bands album Frontiers. It peaked at number eight for six consecutive weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and spent four weeks at number one on the Top Tracks chart. The song is also well known for its use in the film Tron: Legacy and in season four of Stranger Things.
