In a 1999 live performance, Iron Butterfly showcased "Butterfly Bleu" and "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida." The band's former guitarist, Larry Reinhardt, known as "El Rhino" and "Ryno," passed away in 2012. American rock guitarist Larry Reinhardt died January 2 2012 aged 63 of cirrhosis of the liver. He played with Iron Butterfly and Captain Beyond. At one time Reinhardt was known by the nicknames “El Rhino” and “Ryno”
I know he was not a part of the band at the time of this performance but he was still a big part of the band from 1969–1971, 1977–78, 1978–79, 1981–1984, 1988–1993.
